An eminent industrialist and respected figure in Karnataka's business community, Mr. Jairaj brings decades of strategic insight to HRB Group's leadership. Armed with an MBA in Finance from Case Western Reserve University, Ohio, USA, he has steered the Group through multiple phases of expansion while maintaining its core values of integrity and excellence.
Under his visionary leadership, HRB Group has evolved from a traditional business house into a modern, diversified conglomerate with interests spanning manufacturing, real estate, hospitality, and education.
Mr. Balram Jairaj, Managing Director
Representing the next generation of leadership, Mr. Balram Jairaj brings fresh perspectives and contemporary management practices to the Group. With a degree in Management and Economics from Bentley University, Massachusetts, he actively drives the Group's expansion strategy, project implementation, and operational excellence across all verticals.
